Served on a classic three-tiered stand, the food focuses on hearty, homemade quality rather than dainty, uniform symmetry. Across the stand, you’ll find a mix of farm-inspired savouries, freshly baked scones and seasonal sweets.

Farm Savouries
Instead of just standard cucumber finger sandwiches, you will find a selection of thick-cut bread filled finger sandwiches. The selection starts with meat from the farm: home-reared, grass-fed Belted Galloway roast beef with horseradish, along with cheese & red onion jam, and out-door reared ham & wholegrain mustard mayo. The sandwiches are paired with a homemade Belted Galloway beef sausage roll, haggis bonbon & demitasse of soup.

Freshly Baked Scones
You will also be served rustic, freshly baked scones (often straight from the oven). They are paired with rich cream and seasonal jams.

The sweets layer features a rotating selection of decadent mini desserts, traybakes, and cakes that vary based on what is in season (such as fresh strawberry tarts in the summer or spiced apple cakes in autumn).
